CE Profile
Cellular Expert Profile (CE Profile) is a radio network planning application based on ArcView GIS. RF engineering tools on the top of the most popular GIS software, powered with Spatial Analyst and 3D Analyst, makes CE Profile the best choice in the industry for computer aided radio network planning and presentation.
Profiling and Radio Link budget calculation functions are available for point-to-point analysis. The first Fresnel zone, Earth curvature, and obstacles on the path are displayed in the path profile. The location and the height of the obstacles can be edited, automatically updating the Radio Link budget calculation worksheet.
Single knife-edge, Deygout, Spherical Earth and Average methods can be selected for Diffraction calculation.
CE Radio Links
Cellular Expert Radio Links module is designed for fixed wireless networks. It can be used to analyze and plan point-to-point transmission networks, including microwave links and radio-relay lines. Implemented algorithms allow prediction of path loss, link power budget calculations, performance and availability evaluation, interference analysis and power-flux density calculations. Also, analysis and planning capabilities are extended to point-to-multipoint access networks with cellular structure. These cover broadband wireless services such as Local Multipoint Distribution System (LMDS), Multipoint Multichannel Distribution System (MMDS) and Wireless Local Loop (WLL). Built on the top of GIS platform, it enables easy management of the radio link features on the map, terrain and clutter. Graphical user interface allows access to radio equipment database for previewing and editing of antenna radiation patterns, transmitter-receiver parameters, digital radio channel data and frequency plans.
Standard
This module is most suitable for the mobile operators deploying and operating 2G/2.5G (GSM, DCS, CDMA, TETRA, TETRAPOL) mobile networks. The module provides the funcionality to perform point-to-area calculations based on ITU-R, ETSI and COST 231 standards.
UMTS
Cellular Expert UMTS module is most suitable for companies deploying and operating 3G/3.5G/4G (CDMA2000, UMTS, HSPA, LTE) and/or 2G/2.5G mobile networks.

WiMAX
Cellular Expert WiMAX module is dedicated for mobile and fixed mobile WiMAX networks. The funcionality of this module is based on two key standards - fixed WiMAX IEEE 802.16d and mobile WiMAX IEEE 802.16e.
CE Professional
Cellular Expert Professional is an extension for mobile networks planning. It calculates coverage prediction, best server areas, C/I and C/A interference, traffic spread, etc. Cellular Expert Profile license is also included into Cellular Expert Professional.
CE Enterprise
Cellular Expert Enterprise is a set of Cellular Expert Radio Links and Cellular Experts Professional modules. It covers all features and functionalities that those two constituent modules have.
